Gifts in memory of a loved one are an excellent way to ensure their memory will live in our community for a long time to come. You can also support programs for patrons of all ages. From the Summer Reading Program to our Public Issues Forums and author visits, your contribution increases our ability to provide quality cultural experiences for patrons of every age.

Contribute to the Endowment: In 1997 the Friends of the Marysville Public Library established an Endowment Fund to receive and manage gifts to the Library of a permanent nature. The Endowment Fund is invested and the earnings provide an income for needed items for the Library. The principal of the Fund cannot be spent. The Endowment Fund's value in January of 2005 was more than $45,000.
A gift to the Endowment in memory of someone is a special way to pay lasting tribute to those who have been important in our lives. Gifts to honor special occasions - birthdays, anniversaries, marriages, births - are also a wonderful way to recognize special events in our lives and in the lives of our family and friends. Donors have the satisfaction of knowing their gifts will result in lasting benefit for the Marysville Public Library.

Most of all, the Friends is a fellowship of community members from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds who love their Library and love to associate with like-minded people.
