The Clerk-Treasurer oversees the handling of all library fiscal affairs. This includes receiving and depositing all library funds, distributing by check all liabilities incurred, and maintaining all financial records of the library.

The Adult Services Department is the place to turn for quick answers and general information for all kinds of questions; either by phone, in person, or by the Ask a Librarian form via the Internet. Help is available to place holds, find materials, research topics, use the automated catalog and to assist with the Internet computers.

The Youth Services Department provides a variety of materials for children from infancy through middle school and beyond. We provide a broad range of programs to preschool and school-age children including story times, class visits, literature-related events, special interest clubs and homework help.

Raymond Branch

The Raymond Branch serves the rural Raymond area with the same care and professionalism found at the Main Library. The Branch offers Children's and Adult programs and services and materials in all formats.

Board of Trustees

Trustees serve as volunteers and are not compensated in any way for their work for the Library. They are responsible for overseeing and evaluating the performance of the Library and its service to our community. They also set policy and lead the planning for the future. The Board of Trustees meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 4:15pm in the meeting room of the main library. The Operations Committee meets the Monday before every Board meeting at 12:00PM. The Planning Committee meets the Monday before every Board meeting at 1:00PM. Strategic Planning Meeting October 29, 2007 4:00-8:00.
